The Education Support Service Desk (ESSD) runs the HelpDesk for the Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) at WUR. We are the go-to contact for any inquiries related to education. We are committed to providing accurate answers in a timely manner while ensuring that your questions are directed to the appropriate teams for comprehensive support.

Regular opening hours
Monday โ Friday: 8:00 โ 17:00
Reduced opening hours
The Education Support Service Desk has reduced opening hours during the holiday periods:
Summer holidays
- July: Reduced Hours: 10:00 โ 16:00
- First week of August: Call center closed. Emails are checked every 48 hours
- Remaining of August: Reduced Hours: 10:00 โ 16:00
Winter holidays
- Last week of December: Call center closed. Emails are checked every 48 hours
- First week of January: Reduced Hours: 10:00 โ 16:00
